Commissary Rentals include a base for operation of food trucks and/or hot dog carts.

Rich Farm & Venue reservations are not final until we contact you with verification via email or phone. Rich Farm & Venue reserves the right to nullify, cancel or disregard any reservation or event at our discretion. To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable payment of 50% of the total rental fee is due at the time of booking. Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departures, acts of nature or evictions. Holiday reservations are non-refundable.  If you need to cancel a booking or reservation 1-month outside of your scheduled date, a liquidation damages fee will apply.  If you need to cancel within 1-month of your arrival, then there is no refund. Full payments are due two weeks before your booking date. If payment is not submitted by this date, your booking will be nullified

Rich Farm & Venue reserves the right to refuse service of any kind at our discretion and also reserves the right to immediately cease service of any kind if actions, behavior or any other violations take place deemed inappropriate by Rich Farm & Venue.

  • Pets are allowed when staying on campgrounds for a $75 non-refundable fee. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Please clean-up after your pets. No large or aggressive pets are allowed. Pets should be caged when left unattended. If you do not own a cage, you can rent one from us for $10 per day.
  • Smoking is prohibited unless outdoors.  Please make sure doors are closed when smoking to prevent smoke from flowing indoors. Violations will result in a $500 charge for cleaning.
  • Firearms & Weapons are prohibited.
  • Loud, disorderly conduct is prohibited.
  • Rich Farm & Venue will not provide alcohol. Renters are responsible for providing all alcohol and must comply with all NC ABC Laws.
