No, only one event is permitted per booking.
To secure your date, the signed contract and an initial payment of fifty percent (50%) of the venue fee are
required. The remaining balance of the rental fee, the $300 damage/cleaning deposit, and security fee
(if required) are due thirty (30) days in advance of your event. You also have the option to send smaller partial payments in any amount if you would like. We also reserve the right to request a credit card
to be placed on file for any damages to the facility or grounds.
Payments can be made via cash, check, or credit card. Please note, additional processing fees
apply to credit card payments.
Rich Farm will do your initial set-up based on the number of attendees; however, you and/or
your decorator can make slight adjustments as needed.
We offer 72” roundtables for guest seating, but also have a few 6ft rectangular and square
tables that can be used for serving food or guest seating.
Table linens can be rented through us, but it is not required.
The venue will be accessible at the time noted on your contract. The time includes set-
up/decorations, your event, and clean-up. Early access is not permitted. Please plan
accordingly!
Yes, guests may add-on additional time at a rate of $125/hour.
Exceptions for closures beyond venue hours can be arranged with prior approval by Rich Farm
and Venue. Additional fees will apply.
Rich Farm will not pick up or sell any alcoholic beverages. Rich Farm will not provide alcohol.
Renters are responsible for providing all alcohol and must comply with all NC ABC Laws. A
security guard/s will be present for events where Alcohol is served. This service is non-negotiable.
The cost is at the expense of the Customer and due 30 days in advance of the event.
No vehicles can be left overnight.
Yes, there are several overnight accommodations nearby.
All vendors and guests must be off the Rich Farm premises 1 hour prior to the contract end time.
Music must conclude in time enough for all guests and vendors to depart by the designated time
listed on your contract.
Rental items must be dropped off and scheduled for pick up during the contract rental period.
The use of any type of flame is prohibited in all buildings and throughout the site. The new
“flameless candles” which are battery operated are permitted for use.
Customer shall be responsible for returning the Venue (and site if applicable) to the condition in which it
was provided to them. It is the Customer’s responsibility to remove all decorations, gathering all trash,
sweep trash from the floor, and return the Venue to the condition in which it was received. Your cleaning
team should ensure all trash is placed in the designated area and ensure the venue is returned to the
condition in which was provided to the customer.

No other events can be held during your event. As such, your fee is the same for your onsite
ceremony, reception, or both.
Our venue offers an easy transition for an indoor ceremony in the case of rain. In addition, our
outdoor courtyard is covered for couples who would still like to exercise the option of an
outdoor ceremony.
It is possible our venue will be reserved the night before your wedding. Rich Farm will make
every effort to allow an hour for rehearsal the week leading up to your wedding. However, plan
for an offsite rehearsal should the need arise if other bookings prevent an onsite rehearsal.
Onsite rehearsal must end by the agreed upon end time. Failure to do so will result in a late fee of
$200 per hour to be paid prior to your event’s start time.
Rich Farm offers a Decoration/Rehearsal Package that guarantees a 4-hour block of time the day
