Decoration/Rehearsal Package
This package is designed for our couples who are seeking guaranteed rehearsal time and would like
additional time for decorating. It allows a 4-hour block of time the day before your wedding that can be
used to decorate and rehearse for your big day. Note: 8:00 PM is that latest end time.

Commissary Rentals include a base for operation of food trucks and/or hot dog carts.

Additional Information
A $300 damage/cleaning deposit is required 30 days prior to your event and will be returned within seven
(7) days after the event, provided all regulations for use of Rich Farm and Venue have been observed.
Events and rehearsals that extend beyond their end times are subject to a late fee of $200 per hour.
Rich Farm and Venue fees are transparent. Linens and plate chargers are offered at an additional cost, but
only if requested. These are optional items and not required.
We recommend a day of event insurance policy with Rich Farm & Venue listed as the additional insured.
This adds protection against any claims arising from any officially scheduled activities during the
event/program period.
As prices are subject to change, the contract rate is based on the date the contract is written.
